NLG’s recycling plant will give new life and use to your cathode ray tubes (CRTs). Our technology will allow you to recycle your CRTs in an environmentally responsible way, resulting in two usable end products, lead and glass.
Price includes manufacture, delivery, installation and commission. NLG will also train your staff to ensure the recycling plant is an invaluable addition to your recycling business, assisting you in meeting the demands of the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive and equivalent local regulations for countries outside of the EU. NLG provide a comprehensive after sales service including remote monitoring of the recycling plant via an internet link to assist with process optimization and benchmarking of performance for multiple installations.

Brief description and site requirements
Our recycling plant has been designed to minimise emissions of harmful agents and operate well below the most stringent environmental limits for lead & particulates. It is controlled by a mixture of manual and computerised systems with tight controls on temperature, electrical feed and inflow of glass.
The recycling plant site will need to be inside a building of a minimum 500m2 (5000ft2) with access to water, gas and electricity (600 KVA 3 phase supply). The eaves height should be 7m.
The area to house preparation, dismantling of monitors and televisions, glass crushing and manufacture of new glass products will need to be approximately 2000m2
